Adverse Land deals in the intellectual property of real property (land, real estate) that is prime for those looking to use adverse possession as a means of achieving the American Dream. We are a family business with a combined over 30+ years experience in land management, property management, mapping, and environmental regulation.

We provide all the information possible on parcels that we have determined are prime for claims. Sales are strictly of intellectual nature and are not of the land itself. We scour America for land that is unowned, abandoned, or otherwise "unowned" with the intent of using adverse possession to obtain ownership through title & deed. With our combined contributions we provide an array of mapping data, parcel lines, fair market values, annual tax costs, insured title search, state by state law on adverse possession, and all other information needed for our clients. It is up to the individual to do the "leg work" legally required however we save the hassle of prospecting and assessing.
